Once you have completed your order, it can no longer be adjusted or canceled. We will be happy to accept changes by telephone and take them into account if the goods have not already been packed or dispatched.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. However, to ensure safe shipping, we recommend always ordering in units of 6.
How can I order wine?
You can order from Weinhandlung Ritschard by telephone, by e-mail, at one of the trade fairs where we are represented or, of course, directly on site during regular opening hours. You can also order your wine from our online store around the clock.
