Where can I pick up my ordered wine?
You can pick up your ordered wine either at the Ritschard wine shop in Interlaken or at the Mathier wine cellar in Hochdorf LU.
Can I pick up the wine I ordered myself?
Yes, you have the option of picking up your ordered wine yourself.
What are units and how are they defined?

When is delivery free of charge?
We offer delivery for orders of 12 units or more. Up to 12 units we charge a transportation surcharge of CHF 15.00.
To which countries are the wines delivered?
Delivery is generally made to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Customers from abroad have the option of organizing their own transport.
Can I have the wine I ordered delivered?
Yes, we usually send your ordered wines by post (VinoLog) or with a transport company.
